Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know the replacement size, color, or product, and we’ll reserve it for you once the original item is received.

 

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
